I won’t marry a musician because she may end up sleeping with her manager – Fameye

Artiste of the moment, Fameye has vowed never to allow his future wife to venture into the Ghanaian music industry.

He has this resolution out of fear that there may be an amorous relationship between a male manager and his wife. Over the years, the Ghanaian music industry which is dominated by male managers particularly has been hit with allegations of sexual relations between female artists and their male managers.

A recent example is an unfounded claim by people that Bullet of Rufftown has a relationship that transcends “artiste-manager” issues with his female signee Wendy Shay.

The “notin i get” hitmaker in an interview on Happy FM with Docta Cann said categorically that he will never allow his wife to have a music career because his worst fear could happen especially when she is managed by a male.

Throwing more light on this he said, “they may not really intend to do anything but they may go on tour together, things could get very viable and vulnerable for sex to happen so it’s better to prevent it entirely”.

Stonebwoy Defends Shatta Wale For Failing To Appear In Court

Stonebwoy has defended Shatta Wale on why he failed to appear in court last month.

Stonebwoy said his fiercest rival failed to make it to court because he was under the weather.

Speaking on Hitz FM, the ‘Kpo Kɛkɛ’ hitmaker stated that the busy schedules of his friend may have affected his health which prevented him from showing up.

“I think he was not feeling well and you know Shatta is very very busy, he likes to be too busy so he couldn’t come but I was there,” Stonebwoy told Andy Dosty, host of the show.

Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are standing trial for offensive misconduct during the 2019 edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

The Adjabeng Magistrate Court in Accra, presided over by His Worship Mr. Isaac Addo, on October 23, issued a stern warning to Charles Nii Armah Mensah (Shatta Wale) for failing to show up in court.

The prosecution, led by Superintendent Emelia Asante, then prayed the court for a bench warrant to be issued for the arrest of the musician.

It was the case of Superintendent Asante that the accused person was delaying the trial due to his continuous absence from court.

However, his lawyer, Jerry Avenorgbo, pleaded for the court to temper justice with mercy.

Stonebwoy told Andy Dosty that Shatta Wale was, however, in court on Monday, November 4, when the case was heard again.

The ‘Ololo’ singer said that “as far as I know, everything is moving on well legally” and the case has been adjourned.

The artiste said he was impressed by the effectiveness of the judiciary to see to the implementation of the state laws.

“Ghana law works but if you walk around you think that it’s just like that, people are working hard to make sure that they instil law and order,” he added.

Wendy Shay And Fantana Finally Settle Their Differences

After a supposed feud between Rufftown Records signees, Wendy Shay and Fantana, it seems ‘sanity’ has been restored in their camp between the two singers.

The media highlighted an acrimony between which was heightened when the two shunned each other during the premiere of Becca’s ‘Yes I Do’ music video which featured Nigeria’s, Tiwa Savage.

There were other instances during which Fantana dropped hints that she was not cool with Wendy Shay in most of her interviews. But from what we saw recently, Fantana has smoked the peace pipe with her rival.

It all happened after Fantana posted a photo of herself on Instagram with the caption; “FANTANA!

I’m The Talk Of The Town Now!”.

Wendy Shay popped up in the comments section and wrote; “Eii asem oo Fanty U bring America come here oo”.

Fantana then replied with love emojis after calling her label mate, sister.

“@wendyshayofficial Oh sis, u already know !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Observe the screenshot below!

Born Francine Nyanko Koffi, Fantana a few days ago alleged that Bullet and Wendy Shay bullied her at the label. Fantana, before Sunday’s drama unfolded, had revealed in an interview with Dr Pounds on Hitz Gallery on Hitz FM Friday that Wendy Shay was not her friend.
