Case Turns Big!! Yvonne Nelson Unfollows Sarkodie On Instagram After Her Pregnancy Expose

Published

on

Two days after unveiling her book “I am not Yvonne Nelson”, the actress has unfollowed her ex-lover Sarkodie on Instagram.

The blockbuster memoir was launched Sunday 18 June, but only a few potions of the autobiography where she highlighted the pain and trauma she went through at the hands of the rapper and other ex-partners have elicited public discourse.

As captured in chapter 8 of her memoir, Yvonne revealed that Sarkodie impregnated her in 2010 but he compelled her to get rid of it because he was young and had no resources to raise their unborn baby.

At the time, Sarkodie was a budding musician with the potential to become one of the biggest artists in Ghana and beyond. However, the future looked uncertain, and his way through the maze of life still appeared too foggy to predict.

Amid the brouhaha caused by the book, Yvonne who seemed to have accomplished her mission of revenge on Sarkodie has removed him from her list of friends on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Sarkodie still follows Yvonne on Instagram.

ABOUT THE BOOK

I Am Not Yvonne Nelson is an explosive and riveting account of a young woman who sets out to discover herself, but finds out that she has been living with a false identity.

The drama and the twists and turns of this moving story have all the markings of a spell-binding movie script, except that the protagonist, who is an actor, is contending with a reality that intermittently soaks her pillow with tears

Uncharacteristic of an autobiography, the author comes to her audience stark…..

The book opens the door widely into the life of the author and exposes the good, the bad and the ugly sides, not only of her life, but also of the make-believe world of celebrities.

WATCH: We both have daughters, we shall see- Yvonne Nelson tells Sarkodie after he ‘insult£d’ her in new song

Yvonne Nelson has swiftly reacted to the new diss song aimed at her by her former lover Sarkodie over some claims she made about him in her popular autobiography, I am not Yvonne Nelson.

In a new song called Try Me, the legendary rapper presented his version of the events, claiming that even though he wasn’t ready at the time, he wanted her to keep the child but Yvonne refused on the grounds that she was in school.

Sarkodie talked about how he was in love with Yvonne Nelson for real, but it later turned out that he was probably only one of many guys who Yvonne had lined up like Cuban links.

He claimed that he had intended to keep that element of his life a secret until after his death, but he now feels compelled to do it because Yvonne Nelson disseminated a lie that serves her interests.

“I’m not going to lie, we had a thing. First, I thought we had a think until I had the hint that there were many guys. I tried to stay away but then you came that you were pregnant. But then I wasn’t ready but I told you to keep it.

“You told be you were schooling so you needed to complete it but till today, I don’t believe it. I told you to let my doctor take care of you and you sent a text later that your friend has recommended a one of the best doctors…

“So don’t you make it seem like I was the one pushing you for abortion. Baby girl make you no try me”, he raps on Try Me.

The song, as expected, became viral online. The actress was drawn to this, and she quickly refuted several of his assertions.

“Insults won’t work Michael, Respect womanhood. I’m happy the world gets to see how you are playing this and the real you. Young women get to learn from this. You would get the applause for a rap. still doesn’t change the truth,” she posted.
